‘VIA’ is a permanent art installation created by the artist Michiel Kluiters.

 

The light work, commissioned by the municipality of Maastricht, lives in symbiosis with the locals.

 

The installation is integrated in a railwaytunnel, which is located in between the residential areas Limmel and Nazareth in Maastricht, The Netherlands.

The pre-programmed lighting scenes and themes are controlled by the local elementary school via iPads.
